Recently we installed a brand new deburring machine, which we are able to fettle and debur profiles in thicknesses of 3-150mm
Three seperate power units, which can be individually switched on, care for faultless fettled and deburred profiles up to a maximum width of 1,500mm.
These components are transported through the power units on a vacuum belt.
Power unit 1 consists of a rotating and oscillating barrel made of cellular rubber with ceramic abrasive paper, which removes all burr projecting beyond the surface of the component.
Power unit 2, two counter-rotating and oscillating stainless steel brushes ease the edges of the profiles.
The rotating lamination brushes of power unit 3 finally care for the fine treatment of the profiles and components. If ordered it can also round the edges.
Also small inner contours of the profiles can be deburred mechanically.
We are sure that, with this new machine, we will be again better equipped to ship customized profiles in frequent Rostfrei-Stahl-quality.
