Brand new Plasma-cutting machine for even better profiles

Since a couple of months we are operating our brand new plasma-cutting machine. With this machine we are able to cut customized profiles up to a thickness of 150mm. The site has two beds of 14.000 X 4.000mm, divided by a detachable compartment. The water-level is adjusted by compressed air.One highlight of this machine is the automatically conveyance of the slag, which is done permanently by a ropebelt. This leads us to minimized stillstands and no more cleaning of the beds as in the past. A Laser cares for quick and precise justification of the plate to cut. These features save a lot of precious production time, that not only provides quicker lead-times but also leads to cost-savings for our clients.Another feature is the marking-box, which, similar to our laser-cutting machines, can supply customized indication on the profiles. By this we save time-consuming preparation of the work to be done on our clients shop floor which, up to now, needs to be done by handcraft. Further to this our plasma-cut profiles are, from now on, marked in the motherplate. Not even a bit of risk for mistaken identify anymore.
